Mayflower Arch
An archway in public but secluded, almost hidden, Elizabethan gardens just off Plymouth Barbican's Southside Street. A stone carving of the Mayflower ship, set above the lintel of the archway, celebrates the Pilgrim Fathers' and Mothers' voyage to what was to be named Plymouth Plantation in New England.
