Overt FenestrationSuch beautiful brickwork on the retained facade of a former City Docks building, now converted to dwellings named Byzantium Court. The tones, line and pattern were deserving of extra thought and treatment in the composition and I chose this aspect for emphasis and, hopefully, to enhance the drama. Bristol, 2007. The brickwork is known as Bristol Byzantium and can be found on many of Bristol's buildings. This site was where the former Trin Mills was located, possibly operated by a Friary around the middle ages.
