Keep Out!A dererlict building has been made safe and has a perimeter fence. Scorch marks can be seen on the walls, just above one of the windows. Vandals must have set a fire inside, so the windows at ground level have now all been boarded up. To finish the scene of desolation, a discarded plastic carrier bag is hooked on some stiff, dead weeds from last year, flapping in the biting cold of the north wind. Millbay Docks, Plymouth, 2008
