Ageing TogetherThe ex Royal Naval Hospital at Stonehouse had been let to slowly run down towards the end of its life.
The gardens that would have seen doctors, nurses and convalescing patients, now is home to a solitary, rotting bench, slats all cracked and broken. An ornamental tree, once disciplined in its pruning, is now unkempt and the only company for the bench, as they grow old gracefully together. Plymouth, 2008
