Three Bantham Boats

Endeavour, Windjammer and Delta of Aune at anchor in the river at Bantham. The yawl, Delta Of Aune (furthest in the picture), was purpose built by Hugh Cater for Greenpeace to row round Britain.
Bantham is a beautiful coastal village and beach on the South West coast of Devon. The beach is wide and sandy,with a very gentle slope into the sea. This means that in summer the water warms up considerably on hot days as the tide comes in and makes it ideal for children's bathing.
